that was just inspected by a professional technician. It is found to be 100% working & playing well without any issues!
All the slides and valves move freely.  The horn comes in good used condition; however not perfect, there are some scratches/marks/dents/finish blemish which are expected from a used instrument. Just aesthetic does not affect functionality.
